Located in the Mojave Desert at Fort Irwin, Goldstone is the hub of the Deep Space Network that tracks Outer-Earth probes through the Solar System. The network operates on three continents and the Goldstone facility helps to track spacecraft like Galileo, Voyager 1 & 2 and other robotic probes in their quest for scientific knowledge and understanding.
