An exciting off-road tour on a jeep offered sweeping vistas of the Mojave Desert courtesy of Desert Adventures in Palm Springs. The afternoon ride took Roger on a tour through a mineshaft, into a Cahilla Village and on a walk through of the San Andreas fault, culminating in a face to face encounter with a live rattlesnake!
